What do I need to bring when I meet with a loan officer to apply for a mortgage?

Can we rent out the unit when we are not there?

Certain Castle & Cooke home series have owner-occupant restrictions (usually a minimum of one year). Once these owner-occupant restrictions are met, the homeowner may rent the home.
