We have made significant strides by working with our Community Vision group and consultants to develop a well-conceived Master Land Use Plan. The next step will be the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement and obtaining State Land Use Commission approval. After receiving State Land Use approval, we will seek rezoning approval from the City and County of Honolulu.
Groundbreaking for the Castle & Cooke Waiawa community is expected in 2009 and the first homes are likely to be ready for occupancy in 2011. Groundbreaking at Koa Ridge Makai is projected for 2009 with homes ready for occupancy in 2012.
