>>What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please CLICK HERE
to access the Forgot Your Password feature of our site. Simply provide us with your email
address and we will e-mail your password to you (provided it exists in our database).
>>What if I do not have an email address?
You will need an email address to register for the Web Advantage Program. You will need it
to log in, and we also use it to send you important information and updates. If you do not
have an email address, we suggest you sign up for a free email provider such as
www.hotmail.com.
>>What if I can't remember the email address I used when I first registered?
If for some reason you can't remember the e-mail address you used when you first registered
for the Web Advantage Program, you can either RE-REGISTER HERE
using a new e-mail address and password, or you can call the Castle & Cooke Realtor®
you were working with and he or she can help you with your account information.
>> What should I do if I change my email address?
Since you control all of your information through the Edit My Info feature of our Web site,
this is not a problem. Log in with the original email address and password you used when
you first registered and then follow these steps:
-
Click on Edit My Info in the upper right corner of the home page.
-
Go to the area of the form that asks you to input your e-mail. address. Delete your
old e-mail address and add your new one.
-
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press SUBMIT.
That's it! Now the next time you visit our Web site you will input your new e-mail address and password to log in.
>>Remember Me
The "Remember Me" feature allows you to store your login information in a cookie on your
computer, so when you return to the login page you will be automatically signed into your account.
Cookies are electronic coding that enables web sites to track your preferences, such as
remembering login information. You may choose to set your browser to reject cookies. But
please be aware that in doing so your ability to perform certain functions will be affected.
IMPORTANT
If this is a public computer (in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport or other
common area) we recommend not using this feature. You should always remember your login
name and password, or write them down in a safe place.
